The solution (“PayGency”), is designed to eliminate the paper flow between the relevant agency and the utility, as well as to provide an accountable audit trail. We believe this solution will beneficially impact the cost of providing these services, while enhancing both agency and recipient satisfaction.
In addition to the regular provisioning of services, utilities are responsible for enabling a series of payments programs for their customers. There are a variety of social programs that are either needs based, weather-related, or emergency-based. PayGo has developed an electronic means for the accountable agency to issue payments on behalf of individuals for payment of all or part of their electric bill.
