Utilities and their customers can now benefit from sophisticated tools that leverage historical consumption and forecasted weather data providing more timely and accurate consumer energy usage information. Past energy usage along with forecasted data will allow for increased energy awareness. It will also enable consumers to manage their energy bills in a more flexible and convenient manner. Of note, Pre-Pay energy programs alone have delivered significant customer satisfaction increases while reducing energy usage as much as 10%.<\/p>\n<p>According to Jim Malcom, Executive Vice President of Apogee, \u201cPartnering with PayGo is a natural extension of our relationships with our utility clients.
